World Gym Prospect

I’m so happy that I have joined World gym. There is a great atmosphere and so many inspirational people around you! The equipment is so good and there is just so much to offer. The staff are very friendly, the gym is clean and I am always looking forward to going there. I have used the sauna once and I really enjoyed it. They also have childcare which can be so helpful! It’s probably the best gym I have ever been to.

I’ve trained at a couple different gyms in my life and I can honestly say none of them even come close to how good this gym is! Everything about it, the facilities, the very friendly and welcoming staff. I love how there’s all different places you can go and train in the gym especially the comfort zone when you want some peace and privacy. The posing zoom is a huge game changer ( first time seeing that in a gym ) and also love how there’s the cafe and shop out the front. Everything you need you can find here. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Had a terrible experience regarding misleading & false information upon signing contract. Required an early termination of contract. Was verbally advised upon signing up that only a medical certificate was required to cancel membership. The type of cert (GP or specialist,) & illness/injury specification (temporary or permanent,) was not specified, only that we needed to bring in a medical certificate. I had someone else with me signing up at the same time who was told the same thing & is still under the same impression. Upon cancellation, the manager advised the fee of $200 was still in place as they required a specialist certificate noting a permanent injury/illness. I had also placed my account on hold during this period as it took a few weeks of back & forth communication to discuss termination, during which I was still being charged $5/week to freeze membership. The manager advised that the employee I signed up with at the time no longer works there. However, this is irrelevant & the fee should have been waived as he WAS an employee at the time & spoke on behalf of the facility. They also mentioned I could transfer my account to another new member to avoid paying the early termination fee. However, the contract notes memberships are ‘non-transferable.’ They are able to waive fees & ignore contract specifications but choose not to for financial gain, disregarding clients’ needs. It was & is still a huge hassle dealing with them. I have made a formal complaint & do not recommend signing up to this facility. Make sure you read the contract thoroughly before signing anything & do not be persuaded by anything they say unless it is contracted!

As a mum, I've been moving from gym to gym to find something that fits me (long term) and my kids and my energy and my time, the list can go on ahas! This review is only for the prospect world gym. First of all, my kids love the crèche. Massive relief as this makes me focus better while I'm training. The gym is huge and always clean. I use legs butt and arm machines only and this gym provides all the machines im happy with. I'm comfortable here. Its cheaper than all the other gyms I've joined and have never really ticked all the boxes to meet my needs etc. Good parking space available too thank goodness. I do believe these 5 stars I have given is necessary. Thankyou.

I must say it's a great gym , it's spaced out nicely , they don't charge a weeks salary for a sauna which others do , creche is also FREE and they don't put you on a timer either . I travel half an hour just to get to this gym . Also the protein shakes are delicious 🤤 Cross fit style classes and even an area to take progress shots .You will not be disappointed with this gym that's for sure.
